I just wanted to do a quick little post to announce that my Younique Skincare Shop is now officially live on Etsy! I’ll be adding more products very soon & am still trying to raise funds on my Tilt Campaign until December 19th! You can also see what Younique Skincare will be up to by following our instagram page. This is a super exciting beginning for me and I hope you’ll stick around to see how it all plays out. Tomorrow is Monday (boo) so I thought I could share with you a DELICIOUS new recipe that I am obsessed with, which you can try tomorrow for meatless monday!
My dad and I had a nice trip together to California last month & we went to a cute little restaurant in Long Beach called Steamed. This is where I discovered that you can use walnuts to make a fab meat substitute. When I came back home, I decided to try and recreate the walnut-taco-meat-salad concoction I ate at Steamed, and boy was I impressed. I’m thrilled by this because Zach and I used to always buy Morningstar’s soy meat crumbles until we found out Morningstar does some bad things (think Monsanto). Anyway… here is the very easy and nourishing recipe!
